Thornbridge Hall Wedding Photography
Thornbridge Hall Wedding Photography. It literally feels like yesterday that I was meeting Sophie and Sam for their engagement shoot! We had great fun exploring the countryside around Sophie’s Mum and Dad’s House. A year has gone by now and I returned back to the gorgeous cottage for bridal preparations the morning of the wedding. All the girls were gathered together having hair and makeup done, enjoying a glass of bubbly. It was soon time to venture of to the venue to find the dress! Sophie and Sam chose a fabulous location nestled in the heart of the Peak Distict – Thornbridge Hall. As you will see they had a fabulous day celebrating with family and friends. It is a stunning venue with so many photographic opportunities, I could spend days there taking pictures!!
Sophie’s gift to her bridesmaids was Pandora rings with their birth stone in, what a wonderful present to treasure as a memory of the day.
Off to find the Groom and his guys. What a room to get ready in!!
Here goes!
After the ceremony we just made it outside in time before the heavens opened! It didn’t last long, by the time all the brollies had gone up…they were coming back down again.
Confetti Bomb.
The Orangery is a beautiful light space. How much Champagne was drank to make that table plan I wonder?
Sophie’s Mum had a surprise…Singing Waiters!!! Incredibly entertaining.
We took Sophie and Sam outside for a wander round the stunning grounds for a few more photographs after dinner.
Weddings go SO fast,it was time for dancing before we knew it.
What a day!!! Sophie and Sam – Thanks for choosing me to photograph your wedding.
Thanks to Dave for helping me out on the day 🙂
