Katie and Dominic – Tissington Hall Wedding Photography
I just can’t get enough of Tissington Hall this summer. It is a stunning location and the gardens just gets prettier every time I visit. Katie and Dominic were married in the picturesque little village of Longnor, the church is wonderful and it looked extra pretty with all the flowers for the wedding.
Tissington Hall is fabulous, I love it! I would quite happily work here every weekend come rain or shine. Tissington Hall was built in 1609, it is one of only 300 homes in the country that can boast the fact that the descendants of the original builder still live there, 400 years later!
Helen and Declan picked the most perfect time to get married at the Palace Hotel in Buxton! As you will see from the photographs, the cherry blossom was in full bloom and it looked simply beautiful. It is my favourite time of year. With nearly 180 guests it was a big wedding, full of laughter and love.
At the beginning of the year I was lucky enough to assist Dave from Golding Photography on a wedding in Venice!! I work with Dave lots, we have shot over 50 weddings together but this had to be one of the best jobs if not, THE best job I have ever done.
Wow what a fun filled exciting wedding this was! Jen and Tim married at the gorgeous Carriage Hall, a striking venue just outside Nottingham. The Carriage House is a converted railway station, it has been lovingly restored into a funky wedding venue.
Sarah and Joe are getting married later in the year, I met with them on a windy spring morning for a brisk walk over the hills at Flash. Joe’s Mum and Dad have the most wonderful house surrounded by rolling hillside, a perfect spot for walking the dog.
Engagement Photography. The Cloud. Sara and Slinger.
I love a good engagement shoot location and “The Cloud” is definitely that! It was a little trek up but the view was worth it especially on a sunny day. Sara is a friend of mine so I was rather excited about photographing these two!
Jen and Tim are getting married in just one month! They visited me for the pre wedding meeting so after we had discussed who is who and what is happening where, we went out into Buxton for a few photographs.
Katie and Graham married at the beautiful St Alkmund’s Church in Whitchurch. It was the weekend of Storm Desmond so we did spend most of the day inside as it was so windy. Katie’s dress was extra special as she made it herself. It had pockets . . . amazing!
